When I used to do e the cost was betw 20-30 a cap- and that was for press tabs with all sorts of fukked up shit in them Now I can get pure crystalline MDMA powder 100% pure for $4 per 100 mg- retardedly cheap Considering I havent done it in two years and probably will never do it again, its a crying shame... probably could have saved a few hundred bucks over my raving days easy, thousands if you include my friends. |

definately sketchier.. price of alot of stuff has gone down, possible from increased border restrictions from 9/11, causing dealers to have to sell it up here instead of taking it down.. who knows.. there is hardly any real MDMA in pills around here anyway...only small circles of people can actually get MDMA .. drugs are retarded.. all the people in white rock are crackheads who argue with each other over lines.. white rock is just that; filled with white rocks...

It's actually quite funny when you ask where a lot of folks are from. I get a lot of "Toronto" answers and lots of people in from Calgary and Quebec. There also seems to be a flood coming in from up north that have lost work because of all the trucking shortages. Tons of people migrate here from all over Canada and chill out on the streets downtown whilst they panhandle the heck out of all our tourists and population.
Our problem areas are a complete shock to a lot of tourists who visit Vancouver for the first time. Many are absolutely disgusted when they see some of our poverty areas. They arrive with cameras and brochures about the lovely steam clock & attractions only to be soul shocked by the wrong turn they took at Hastings and Columbia to get to China town. They also were not impressed by the amount of panhandlers they encountered at every corner while they shopped for goodies. Vancouver is one of the nicest cities in Canada and is also a haven for people who want to avoid the icy cold weather and have access to all the drugs they could dream of. With cheap pizza shops on almost every corner, free meals at the local shelter, hostel availability for 4 days ($20 with free meals), beautiful weather throughout the year, tons of cars to break into to, free outdoor entertainment and the best bud in Canada why would you not want to live here? So your poll is suggesting that it’s Vancouvers fault for it’s current condition? The government is not about to start kicking people out of the Province. That would go against our freedom policies. |

i keep hearing peopel say e used to be $20-$30? my question was when was this? i started raving in 99 and even then it was $20 max. anyways thats not important
as for vancouver the drug problem has definatly went up. Unlike back around the late 90's alot of the gangs (only reffering to azns cause thats all i know personally) it was still always about the fighting and staring shit. picking fights or what not. after a while around 2000 or so all of them started changing and now every single friend i see all sells drugs. Now its all about making money and thats the only thing that matter to them. And obviously wiht money making means more drugs being pushed. hurt but oh well |

my intent wasn’t to "suggest" anything... I’m moving back to BC and was just wondering how things are these days, that’s all. Curious, what would kicking people out of the city gain? Are you suggesting that its mostly lazy people from other provinces who move to "Van" to slack off and use drugs? That’s a bit of a generalization don’t you think? I would assume things are the way they are due to more factors. Last edited by Hispeeddub; Jul 07, 04 at 05:54 AM. |
