i smoked a lot at a certain point... and i quit just like that.. mind over matter .. i smoke when i drink but i can easily not... i dont need one the next day.. or any day.. i WANT one sometimes but i know i dont NEED it...
as long as you know the difference between want and need.. you should be fine

thats bull and you know it. You havn't smoked enough to know when and when you don't want one.
Casual smoking does not count, after a certain point its not in your head. Its more a part of your body. I.e your hands are bored cause you want a smoke, nothing is going on you want a smoke.
don't forget alot of these people smoked for years straight, and i mean like a few packs at least a week.
Its not quite as easy as you say it is, its for one everywhere are you which makes it tough to quit. For two after a certain point you don't exactly smoke to be cool. When you been smoking for years its not as easy as 1-2-3's
