Wow... Being paid to be bored...

Well due to the shitty weather, I'm stuck here at the Airport with nothing to do. I've filled like two planes and I've been here since 12. My co-worker and I washed a couple Runway signs but tired of that so he went home. lol Who wants to come blaze at the end of the Runway? Or even visit? Sure I get paid, but man... I've run out of things to do here.

At least you had the option of going home and not having to Babysit this behemoth facility until 9pm.

That would be at Vancouver International Airport where they actually spend money on stuff. lol Not Boundary Bay where it's Ghetto, our Snowplow is some old ex-Military thing Painted Orange... you should see that sucker steam when it's run, the Radiator sucks ass.

PFC in my personal opinion sucks Donkey Balls... I'd fly with Canadian Flight Centre or Pro IFR before them. I wouldn't touch Regency Express with my 10' Pole. Yah, I've got my Private VFR and Glider... I'm going to be working on my Commercial Rotary.

wow, pacific is bad. i didn't kno that.
ppl told me they're good.
but i guess u being @ the airport would kno better

i can believe regency is bad.
i didn't like the looks of the guys runnin that operation

i rented cherokees a few times @ canadian
they seemed ok
it's a smaller operation
but i felt comfortable there
rented the cherokee 140 just 2 try
cuz i trained on 172s

Rotary, Pro Helicopter is good and so is that place in Langley. I just don't like some of the Instructors and the Director of PFC, she's a bitch. Canadian is good... when I get checked out here i'll prolly go there. I don't like the way Cessnas handle with those big Barn Doors for wings. I trained on Katanas so I like Low Wings... that and I want a check out on the Arrow II.

Private Rotary? I think it costs around $20k... it's going to cost me about $50k for my Commercial Rotary. Katanas are great, not the quickest around. They've got a little Rotax 912-E2, 81 kickin' HP. lol But they manoeuver and spin awesome.

lol @ "81 kickin' HP"
but u know w/ the price of gas
especially avgas
i take econony anyday

i wanna try out a r22
just 2 see wut flyin rotary is like
i am think now
fixed wing is kinda limited for recreational flyin
cuz the airport is usually so far away from town
as least w/ a chopper u can land closer where approved

lol if you have your Private License you can go as far as you want. I've flown a Bell 212 and a Bo 105.
