i've had pretty bad problems with sleeping lately. i went and got some herbal pills called "calm-aid" they smell awful but have helped in relaxing me. then i got tea made from i think linden flowers... something from the rainforest. and i drank my first cup and within a half an hour i was asleep and slept for an hour and it was the most refreshing sleep i have had.
they worked for me, and i dig them because its mroe natural than a prescribed answer. check out your local pharmasave or london drugs, and lookin the herbal area or go to a naturalist store. |

either eat a good diet and excercise regularly..
or talk to your doctor and get valium, xanax.. the general pharmaceutical stress relief aids.. OR.. check out zopiclone, or seroquel. those fuckers will put you to sleep in no time. unfortunately they're prescription only - i dont know how readily available they are to your average person. meh. excercise and healthy diet, lay off the caffeine and sugar.. you should be fine with that. |
