sleeping pills?
anyone need to take sleeping pills to sleep?
i'm not sure what i have is imsonmia. Its just that i cant sleep till 2am no matter what... and the three days of the week i have have to get up at 6 30am for school. Bleh... what type of pills work the best? warm milk does not work for me.... and i dont have the time to go to a doctor to get a prescription and stuff |

i take nytol.
ummm its ok. it gives me really weird head throbbing pain...i dunno...its weird but its knocks me out the only bad thing is about it...it doesnt leave you feeling refreshed in the morning...i feel really groggy and sick when i wake up |

i honestly wouldnt reccommend taking these pills if you really dont need to
and at least dont take them every night...try it for one or two nights, and then try falling asleep on your own after that or try going to bed sooner. if you can't sleep because of things on your mind...write them down...it may help you destress a bit before bed. ummm....physical acitivity does help...but usually not RIGHT before bed...cause sometimes you just end up more awake after working out. try not drinking any caffeine a few hours before bed...or you may have to actually change certain things in your diet. try to only go to the sleeping pills as a last resort. some people can become extrememly addicted to them. i HAVE to take them sometimes...becuase unlike your 4 hours of sleep i would get maybe a half hour. |

i stopped smoking weed about 9months ago :o)
i dont drink anything with caffine at all (no pop, or anything)... and i do work myself hard druing the day.. but once i get home and sit down in front of the comp or lay in bed i'm wide awake. i have some nite where i swear i lay there and not sleep AT ALL... i get glimps and images of me looking at the clock pass every 15, 30, 60 mins all the way to the morning... EW!! |

Get a sleeping pattern!
The reason you can't get to sleep early is because you've spent all summer going to bed late and sleeping in and you need to stick to your sleeping pattern, you can't let yourself sleep in too late on the weekends (it IS possible, I'm up early on saturdays even if I was drinking until like 5 the morning before :p) |

yea i'll try hard with the sleeping pattern change.
i'm kind of the same way with "waking up at the same time no matter what stuff", like i'd drink and party till 6am go to bed, and still wake up at 9am... good'ol conditioning. I use to be able to wake up at the time that i tell myself too before bed. (like Kramer) It was kinda cool... it never failed me... until i found weed and alcohol if all else fails, to the drug store i go! |
