IT IS. ohh.. i've done it before. my dad laughs at me because i like to make sandwiches out of everything. he just doesn't understand.
eggs must be pre-run a bit, otherwise it's too messy. egg on one piece of [sourdough!] toast, run yolk onto other piece. it helps to keep the hashbrowns in place.
man, i'm hungry again. :(
