wtf? that was an honest statement.. If you are lifting heavy weights bench pressing, the belief is that you need at least a person to help you push it up if you do it to your max. And if there isnt someone spotting you then u'll jsut do a weight lower than you could be doing.
to Mandy: the weight gain thing.. not particularly sure.. although when you wanna lose you generally want to eat more protein than carbs.. so maybe you should eat more carbs thans protein for a lil bit.. Don't need to over do it though. Like if you generally eat a piece of chicken and rice.. eat maybe more rice?.. But if you want to gain weight as in muscle.. do lots of reps with low weights. overall your body will be stronger and you will gain weight that way. Carbs before workouts are best. Protein after to feed your muscles.
