l work out at the coquitlam aquatic centre, its soo much better thought cuz u get to use the pools hot tubs and steam rooms with the gym, its pretty nice , a lil on the pricey side but not too much

well i went to the one in burnaby and first they gave me the 'hot' guy and then they sent me into this hot room with a closed door and an agressive crazy salesmen ... i was there for 2 hours telling him .. "i just want to use my free pass!"

newho i'd work out anywhere aslong as its easy to get to

I work out at the one in Langley, its dope cause its opened 24/7. There's hardley anybody there, plus its a real nice facility with alot of good machines. I used to work as a personal Trainer at the one in Surrey (Whalley), but that one sucks, plus it stinks all the time. I have a free membership for life cause I worked there and everybody know's me, so its great. Fitness World is a wicked gym to work out at, although there's alot more hotties at World gym in PoCo and Dynafit in Surrey.
