only 'tips' I guess I could give you is work your muscle flexing. tighten as much of your upper body and hold it as long as you can. repeat a couple times, this will loosen your muscles up a bit. its hard to liquid with tense muscles. that and stretch, stretch, stretch your arms (and/or legs) before and after. |

I think some people are more natural to it than others though... almost gets back the "white men cant jump" sort of deal. Either youve got it or you dont, you can learn, but the day I start flailing around the dorm is the day I check myself in down at the clinic.
Just do it how you want to...I mean one of the first CLUB events I went to I ended up on the speakers dancing beside David Morales...it takes balls, and a little ego. If you think youre dancing well, you are, if you feel the music, and youre letting the music move you, then youre fine...the details work themselves out in the mix...so to speak. |

i learnt howto liquid wen i was really realy baked..
i tried and tried and tried.. and yet i couldnt.. and then i got super baked and tried.. and voila .. lol this was march 2003? lol now i can like... pop.. lock.. tut.. glide.. and im learn to do robotics.. once u get to learn one style.. (well in my case).. i tend to get bored.. and wanna learn more.. so ye.. jus... dun concentrate to hard on it.. cuz the more u concentrate..then u wont quite get it.. jus go w/ the flow.. i advise u to start liquiding w/ one arm and then moving to all through out the body... once again go w/ the flow. honestly.. if u start doing body waving.. its alittle mroe easier to learn first.. and then moving to hand liquiding |
