Canada vs Russia: Finally/hopefully a good game.

In my opinion this may finally be the first real good competetive game. Yea sure its good that Canada has been stomping opponents all over the place, but honestly its also been a snore.

Its also gonna be a showcase of some NHL talents or soon to be NHL talents.

Along with Crosby we get last years NHL #1 and #2 drafts in Ovenchkin and Malkin.

I can't really think of any so far.

I think this will be different in that the game play should open up quite well.

I don't t hink it will be a romp, and i wouldn't ever count russia out though i think canada will win.

^^ i thought the first game between russia and usa was not to bad, i enjoyed watching the belarus usa game as well. actually i found most of the US games to be pretty entertaining. lots of mistakes and shit but a good show.canada games were pretty bad though, they are way to good for every team in this tourny.the only way they will loose is if that russian goalie plays off the hook and russia top 3 dudes play amazing games. even at that there gona be hard pressed to win.

the Czech game wasn't that bad kenji. Canada still outplayed them but it's not like it was a massacre like all the other games.

this game will NOT be a romp, russia is pretty good - they haven't made the mistake of taking anybody too lightly thus far and they really shoundn't start now.
