Giving my resignation!
OK, so I'm giving in my resignation in about 20 minutes.

While I am EXTREMELY excited and glad to FINALLY be quitting my suckass job, I'm super nervous, too!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEP!

I actually really like everyone I work with except my supervisor can be super anal bitch of the world at times.

Way to go Nat. I know... It's scary even when you know you're doing the right thing. Resignations are never fun... Unless you do something crazy like it sounds like Robyn did. Then that'd be fun. But most people need the reference tho. So no sense burning bridges.

I set up a sign at the end of the day that went like this:

"Dear Management,

I hereby tender my resignation, effective imediately. Never bother me again.

Then I locked up and never looked back.

i just gave my resignation too. it was tough, i have nothing against the company, but its a relief to have it over with.

man, i wouldn't think quitting a job would be so stressful... i have quit many.. haha.. and had a few weird incidences for sure.. but i mean, ur gone right? what is the WORST that could happen? ONE reference you couldn't use? *meh*

it was a good job and the company has been good to me (i've been here around 4 years, promoted 3 times). i wouldn't say it was stressful, but it wasn't exactly comfortable either. you get to know these people and its sad to go sometimes. i've quit jobs before too, but they weren't important ones.
