what was everyone like as a raver back in the day?

Im wondering what some of the oldschool fnk regulars where like back in the day as ravers, considering most of the them hate raves and people who go to them now :) who were the candy kids, the a hardest party animals, biggest hardhouse lovers ect ect. the only rule is you cant post about urself you have to narc ur friends out.
id like to hear about bitchin,galaxie,riahana off the top of my head :)

dude ive been partying for 4 years now but not in van so i dont have the low down and any fnkers :) i myself never wore candy or bright pants and shit and still love goin to them just as much the first time haha

I dressed like a skater/punk like i always did throughout highschool, never really met any lx'rs, i mainly went and hung out with close friends. I listened to alot of Diesalboy and aphrodite mixes and gasp, hard house and NRG :/ i swear it was the drugs that made me listen to HH!

I was the chachi hip-hop ho rocking dress pants,ho-bag shirts,and heels fucking GOOOOOOOONED outta my mind on blow and e wondering what the fuck this music was(aka jungle) and where it had been all my life. I never really liked parties b4,and even to this day im only partial to them. I guess I never really epitomized or met any cliches of these "ravers" you speak of. I had and still do have love for the music,however not so much for parties themselves.

Wehn I started partying... like pretty much 5 years ago[someone kill me], I dressed the same way I do now...Then 6months later, I met this girl Pixie... then kandy had hit my wardrobe for about 2 months, and I was like... WTF?!?! I feel like a moron. Hell I felt likea moron when I was wearing it... [I'd never wear what I was wearing at the party to the party... I waited until I got to the party n changed in the bathroom]. But atleast I never had a visor, nor the glow sticks! I wore a lot of yellow... simply becuase it was my fav color.. but I sported it even before I was raving so HA!

Out of all the ravers I know.... they've all changed thier styles over the years. With the exception of Pat n Clay... They still look the fucking same as they did, when I met them @ Static.

oh as for dancing... heh.... kick step all the way.. with hint of liquid n hat tricks!

when i started partying i wore modrobes and half tops with a bandana every time. id cornroll my hair a different style every time. it became a signiture trait. i duno ppl prepared for raves and get decked up and just wants to party and meet ppl. i rode teh tail end of the good partyin scene, but im glad i was there to at least experience part of it. i think the fun of it all for me was to tell my parents some bs lie and crash at my friends place and go home "sketchy" and try to hide it from the family. it was neat how everyone was in love with florida and music was just so happier... it was so plurry and everyone was welcomed with a hug and smile. i miss it.

Hmm I was a hardcore kandy kid. I never had a soother though. I had phat pants, or just nice cargos. On my arms were shitloads of kandy bracelets, and I even had those kandy chains that go on ur belt loops haha. Hmm I wore hoodies sometimes and I even had white liquid gloves hahaha.

I still think it's nice to trade kandy with good people u meet. Plus, kandy making meets were always fun. :)
