hair extensions

has anyone got them before?
about a month a go i cut my super long hair up to my shoulders and i hate it now. i was thinking about getting extensions and i was just wondering about the cost and stuff.
and no i'm not a paris hilton wannabe i just want my hair back.

it depends what you want done and if you want real hair or not... yada yada yada... to get a cost.

it can be quiet expensive.

I say wait until your natural hair grows back.
A few girls that I know have hair extensions and it looks really fake and doll-hair-like on them. I mean... they might look fab on you, but I think it would be a hassle.
It might not even turn out the way you want it to... Then you'd be really screwed. lol.

yah ive seen some girls who have really crappy extensions that look like plastic barbie hair, i deffinately dont want that haha.

does she do the glue in ones by herself or does she get them done proffessionaly? cause i know you can get the hair and glue at abantu in burnaby and do it yourself but i dunno, i think if i tried doin it myself i would look hideous

Her hair dresser gets it for her... Or She send me to Abantu for her n I get the hair... but I dont think she's ever glued it her self.. but I dont see it being that difficult.. jsut have a friend do it for you.

i think i'm gonna try and get a friend to do it for me, if it turns out like crap then meh i dont care cause i start hairdressing school in a month and maybe soemone can fix it for me haha.

From what I recall, you're a really pretty girl, I'm sure it looks fine, and hair grows :)

if not, the only fnker I know who has them in regularly is esi (diva), they always look really fantastic on her..she might be able to give you some tips or answer any questions :)

people always ask me if i have extensions... and NO i dont, iono WHY they think that.. i mean, my hair ain't THAT long...

its like a crap brown color with streaks now as well, i'm dying it back to black tommorow so maybe it will look half decent

i have a friend that had her extensions done, and it wasnt real hair, it looked alright in the begging but after few washes it became dull and looked like freeze!

maybe if u try to use a streightening iron it might be better! the fake cost anywhere from 60 to 100$ or so... but real hair is sooo expensive, and of course sooo much better and looks real.. but cost anywhere form 600$ to 800$, pretty crazy eh?

u can always try it, it wont hurt much.. might damage your hair a little and u will probably need a cut after. best thing to do is probably talk to someone that actually had it done!

^wow.. that rather expensive.

When my best friend go it done, and I had to pick up the hair for her.. the hair was reall, 22inches long, n it was enough to do 2 rows. and it only cost her like 90 bucks for the hair.

It gave her like 2 inches in length and she had withthe extra hair she had streaks put in.

I dont know how much it cost over all.. but,,, she had specialty stuff done..s o it of course would cost extra. heh. Nicoles crazy when it comes to spending moneyon her hair.

but right now.. hell if I know.. I havent seen her in awhile. I thinkit was like 2 inches past her shouldrs.

My hairs longer then hers. and mines just past my shoulder blades.

extensions are like anything...you get what you pay for.
the more you spend...the nicer im sure they will look.
hell you can have some of my hair...ive got enough for 3 pony tails.

p.s. i chopped my hair and wished i had it back..and now i do! it just takes awhile.

i'm not sure if i should go back to black or go with dark brown though.

my mom has hair extensions i think she paid sumthin like $700 .. they've lasted her sumthin like 3 months but her hair grows real slow! she got them done at sum place by metro i dunno what its called

ya abantu. when i was geting my braids done there i saw lots of girls getting hair extensions being put in and they looked good. i don't it costs that much more for them to put it in, but im not exactly sure. it would prolly work out better...at least the first time to get them put in so they can show you how to do it.
