so i drank 2 bottles of red bull last night at kiss... and it made me super energized... but shit i never knew id feel sooooooooo shitty afterwards... i felt like puking and i was reallllllllly tired grumpy and irritated...

Is it just me or has anyone else felt shitty after drinkin red bull?

maybe it was just the humidity / dancing / etc that made you feel like shit. personally i can drink 2 cans and not really notice much besides a clearer mind workin a bit better. that's why i only drink it once in a while. but everyone is different so you never know.

Redbull is a vitamin supplement. it's FILLED with vitamin B... about 250% of your daily intake. So 2 cans is 400% more vitamin B then you need.

many people who drink too much get sick because it's vitamin B poisening.

They had an article in the The Province about Red Bull last week about how it's not a good idea to mix it with alcohol...but I'm too lazy to find it. Maybe I should drink a can so I can get the energy to search for it.

I have a can right in front of me.
One can only has 100% of your b6 intake (there's more than one b vitamin).
You'd have to ingest like thousands of times the recommended daily dosage of water soluble vitamins, and pretty much be unable to pee them out in order to do some serious damage.

It's way easier to overdose of fat soluble vitamins because they're stored in your fat and stay in your system for a long time.


ppl get sick from drinking red bull because it's got a lot of caffein in it. couple that with dancing all night at a rave and you've got huge dehydration issues, which can manifest as nausea and vomiting.

I had three redbulls (over time) @ Sonar for Krafty Kuts. Go Team Sober (running on 3 hrs of sleep). Nothing bad happened. Nothing weird happened. I was fine and was able to go to sleep when I got home from the club. I didn't buzz or anything... And I'm easily affected by large amounts of caffeine after 7pm. I was just awake for the show (which was the idea).
