Johnny Knoxville had one, dressed as Santa on Christmas... you could probably search around and download the video and that'd probably be all you needed to know.

My cat also had one when she swallowed a needle and thread. The needle got stuck in her throat and the thread was hanging out her butt. She did the 'drag your butt on the ground' walk then ran and hid under a bed. We got her out and took her to the vet. Turns out the needle was easy to get out and they gave her a kitty enema to flush her out.

I dunno exactly how it felt, but she was walking with her back legs spread apart for the next few days. It was pretty hilarious, and soooo cute.

no
an enema just flushes your rectum out
a colonic flushes your colon out, which is a few metres long

they stick a hose up your ass, and send about 20 gallons of solution through your system for 45 minutes

you're supposed to feel as light as a feather afterwards

i'm back

i feel a lot less bloated and ten pounds lighter

there was a mirror that allowed me to see all the shit that was being flushed out of my system through the part of the tubing that was seethrough

i'm going back next week
apparently, you need a few treatments to truly get all that crud out of your system

she massaged my stomach while the was pumping and rinsing my colon

afterwards, she left a bunch of water in, and made go sit on a toilet

i had a good poop to get the remaining stuff out
it even smelled different

could you get a similar effect by fasting for a couple of days?

I observed a colonoscopy a couple of weeks ago. they make patients not eat for a couple of days and when I saw the fiberoptic inside the colon on the video, it looked pretty clean!

it's actually supposed to be quite relaxing from what I know.

I saw something about it in a show about this lady trying to lose weight.
