Tho living on your own is fucking great and everything.. I think I rather save up and buy a house then rent... then of all that wasted money oi. That's the one things that preventing me from moving backout. Plus, you don't have to deal with utterly RETARD<-[that being an understatement] landlords. I've had my fair share of pricks.......... and it was hell. all scammed us for our damage deposit! $@%()$*!)@(#$!_ tho.. one thing I dont mind... is if say someone purchases a house and you move in with them and pay rent.. thats helping pay for the house. thats cool. for either side your on...... :) |

My car is the perfect dream car for any 23 year old. So thats taken care off for now. One day I will have an M3 AND a new Range Rover.
Id like an apartment in the Alvar on Beach ave on the same floor as my 2 best friends, a british bulldog, a treadmill in my living room, a black quilted chanel bag, and a pair of manolo blanik heels. Thats all for now. Copy and paste all the clothes/bags/shoes that Kelster wants and that goes for me too. I too, am very materialistic. So what. |

The only thing that keeps peepz from owner is the market and the prices! I was looking at a Condo downtown, one bedroom, + den and the prices are around $230,000! I love downtown, I've rented down there, but one day I'll own! However you take that same $230,000 and go to Chilliwack(I'm from there, don't laugh lol) you can get a huge 3-4 bedroom house! MAD WORD! |

Totaly Ryan.
It jsut all depends where your looking. Right? If I had the money to buy right now.. I'd be all about buying a house in the coq with a shit load of land...... so I wouldnt have any neighbours really..... and just have like my space from the world type thing. but imagine how much that would that would be with all the recent development out there. I dont think I wanna even know. OH, might I add I'd like to build my house... or chose the design.. preferable victorian or lantino style. fuck to build your house.. oi. |

AH hahaahahahahahah I'd give you more karma for that one, but I can't! BIG UP!!! I love character homes! I guess there's lot's of property in the Coq...Como lake is nice! Cloverdale, Langely is cool. However I wouldn't like the commute to Oakridge over that damn Port Mann. I live 10 minutes from work right now, but to buy a house near the OTC, I'd need a cool million! BOO TO THAT! |
