tho.. one thing I dont mind... is if say someone purchases a house and you move in with them and pay rent.. thats helping pay for the house. thats cool. for either side your on...... :)

The only thing that keeps peepz from owner is the market and the prices! I was looking at a Condo downtown, one bedroom, + den and the prices are around $230,000! I love downtown, I've rented down there, but one day I'll own! However you take that same $230,000 and go to Chilliwack(I'm from there, don't laugh lol) you can get a huge 3-4 bedroom house! MAD WORD!
