what do u do when u feel down.... ?
and pissed, and it seems that not a soul can cheer you up...
what do you do? im in some serious need of suggestions on this one... and not suggestions like "i look inside myself and --blah-di-muthafuckn-blah--" kinda shit. also, plz no "i make beats" because i can't make beats okay, u dont have to rub it in more. *cries* |

Headphones, minidisc player, some good music, and a digital camera.
Go for a walk, and take pictures of stuff. Works every time. I like to listen to either Miles Davis' album "Kind Of Blue", Speedy J's album "Loudboxer", or Dieselboy's album "97 Octane". |

yeah maybe feelin some myles d. today... problem is, the walkin round with da headphone and digicam, aint nothin outta the ordinary fer me, i do it everyday, on my lunchbreak, on the walk to/from home.... but thanks fer tha suggestion... i might have to jus lie on my living room floor and stare at the ceiling waiting for 5 o clock for no reason. maybe i should just have a martini. |

I let myself have a really good cry then I visit someone i love more then anyone! My nephew!!!
Some suggestions for you -go swimming and float around on your back (indoor pools not as nice as outdoor but still calming) -Eat your favourite snack (melted cheese on soda crackers mmmm) -Download some gospel music (fighting temptations sound track has some really fun uplifting songs) -Spoon..anyone anything! -Call your mom (if close to her, if not call the operator and ask stupid questions like "whats the exact time" and "Do you know what the weather is like in say hungary right now?") I hope you feel better hunnay ;D |

call someone with good ears and vent. if thats not an option, bust out the journal.
i used to go in my backyard and chop wood when i was stressed, now i go beat myself up in the gym. its a proven fact that pyshical activity can help to lift your mood, so maybe try that? don't stay inside though. go out, breathe fresh air. |

Especially Shannon... cause that girl can get anyone to smile. Seriously. I dunno what it is but yeh..... she can uplift anyones spirits. Or listening to some ol'skool tunage. like the launch or something..cause..really.. what were we thinkin?!?! |

i wouldn't call a friend. personaly my friends suck at that kinda stuff, if i can't solve my problem then i'm positive they can't.
-take a nap, i get easily irritated and irrational when i'm sleep deprived or have been working really hard. -go work out, and if you don't feel like being around people go running or hiking. those 2 things normaly cure whatever's getting to me, i hate feeling stressed or upset it solves nothing. plus, i used too get wined-neck when i got really upset...it's a fucking pain in the ass, you can't move your neck, your head is loped too the side and it hurts like HELL. here's some other tips... -this one time when i walked in on my ex bf and some new girl in bed a week after we broke up, i took a baseball bat too a tree. it's really silly and immature, after a couple wacks you can't help but laugh at what an uncivilised fool you are and you begin too think rationally again...sometimes leading to your problem beign solved. -happy boys and happy girls by aqua, i listened and sang to it really loud and it does the trick sometimes. -drive around, go somewhere you've never been before. get lost, you'll get too occupied trying to find your way out then too be upset. |

^last time i was really upset like that, i drank my problems away. surprisingly it worked lol.
ashes a lot i would think depends on what kind of "upset" you really are. it depends on the situation. perhaps venting out on the person that did this to you may do the trick. but ok ok i dont really know what happened so i wont suggest anything like that. but usually when you are sad, this is when your artist within you can help. drawing or writing a poem is helpful releasing those emotions, i find it that it does calm you down |
