W 12 th and commercial

does anyone know what the hell happened there last night. Around 1 AM ish. There were cops and they had blocked off west 12th from clarck on. There was smoke around i think, and it kinda smelled like gun powder.

yeah sorry . . . i dont really know where the W and E starts. yeah it was between clark and commercial. Anyways i was bored and kinda curious to know what happened there.
