ohhh PNR
at my work we treat injured birds of prey to point of release back into the wild
as well as use the ones who cant be released for education, which is what Pacific Northwest does. and i believe they use captive bred birds there too. education is awesome too though, people only care about what they love, and they love what they understand.. so it's essential for the younger generations to get to know about what makes our ecosystem work so yeah, great work they do there.

Yup! When I worked at Boundary Bay Airport I saw Snowy Owls a couple of times out there.

i have never seen a snowy owl in real life - but i did have a stuffed toy one that was my absolute favorite when i was little
it was called... snowy!!
