It's not a club or anything, but that old 'christmas' house that's on marine drive in White Rock is apparently haunted. I watched a show on TLC that had that house in it (you know the one...the odd shaped one with the dolls in the windows?).
When we're in White Rock at night we sit in the grass across from it (across from the parking lot) and stare at it. Pretty freaky! |

There's a townhouse complex on SW Marine Dr. that's been documented w/ 3 units, in particular, that have been investigated for on-going hauntings by the BCGHS.
An apartment complex that had some previous complaints about "disturbances" in PoCo found itself awash w/ reports of paranormal happenings in the building. It seems the landlord had bought the tombstones from Woodlands Asylum. He used them as flagstones to create a walkway. The local kids found out, and were flipping the stones over, reading all the names of the deceased. Under direct protest by the residents, the landlord had the stones dug up and returned to Woodlands. Unfortunately, the building's tenants are still complaining of "events". Frosty (Documented) |

My uncle Joe's place in Winnipeg is haunted...But nothing serious ever happens...You hear people walking aorund and doors open and close and cupboards open and close and what not...That is the closest thing to a ghost experience I have ever had... |

apparently vgh has some hauntings also. a guy i used to work with went in for back surgery and when he was in recovery he was in a room with 2 beds. the 2nd bed in his room wasnt occupied, but every day something would mess it up. one of the new nurses thought it was my ex-coworker and started giving him shit for it even though no one else was ever in the room. he complained to the other staff there and they told him the new nurse probably wasnt informed of the ghost. he switched rooms the next day.
