because a quiz like this one is much more interesting than one asking who was canada's only female prime minister and what's the capital of the Yukon. i finished with those tests in elementary school.

depends on what definition of broad band you use and wether its absolute terms of connections, etc. the definition you use for different things will change the results.

south korea is actually has the highest density and absolute number of broadband connections, they are also the most ' internet ready' according to some shit the O.E.C.D wrote.
