paypal question!

ok... sorry if this is a stupid question.. but here goes!

I haven't used paypal for a few years and since then I've gotten a new credit card.

I want to use this new credit card as the primary card card I use to pay for things. I just added it, but now I'm wondering if I change it to the primary card, will I be able to use it to pay for something right away? or do I have to wait to get the expanded use number?

it's been so long I've used paypal, that I don't even remember what the expanded use number is or how I can even get it.... so yeah, if anyone can please help answer my questions, I would really appreciate it :)

i'm pretty sure when you switch the credit card, then you have to confirm ur address again (by phone, or email) to make sure the bill is going to the right place.....
