Vegetarians try this! I used extra firm tofu and a stirfry marinade but it was DELICIOUS! It is a recipe for baked tofu from vegweb, I totally reccomend it! Anyone else have some favorite easy to make veggie recipes? I'm bored with my usual fare heh :)

it really is unbelievable how much I loathe tofu... I wish i could like it... i really do, but it just sucks sooooo much.

I make a mad-wicked spinach and artichoke dip.. does have cheeze though... raping cows and such.

Just do yourself a favour and buy organic tofu. It's really easy to find (Safeway, IGA, and most stores sell it for basically the same price... Pete's is a good brand), cuz 90% of non-organic soybeans are genetically modified to survive really nasty chemical pesticides that both end up in trace amounts in the food and totally rape the soil. Plus, most organic tofu is a lot less flaky and sour.

heh werd, I have never tried the other stuff...
I eat dairy etc though Pbreak so fire that shizza up and lets munch! heh
