بعد شريط الرجم "الطالباني": شريط فيدبو للرجم على الطريقة الإيرانية







منذ أن نشرنا فيديو "الرجم" الطالباني (السنّي السلفي) قبل أشهر، فإن تعليقات القرّاء لم تتوقّف مع أن هذه المادة صارت "قديمة".

وقبل أيام، وافانا قارئ إيراني بشريط فيديو لـ"الرجم" في إيران، أي لـ"الرجم" على طريقة الشيعة الإثني عشرية. والشريط الجديد أكثر بشاعةً، لأنه أكثر وضوحاً، من الشريط الطالباني. ومع أننا لا نفهم اللغة الفارسية، فإنه بدا لنا أن الرجل "يُحظى" ببضع جلدات على ظهره، وأما المرأة فتنقل مربوطة إلى حفرة طويلة يتم إيقافها فيها، وهي مغطاة كلها حتى رأسها، ثم تهجم عليها الجموع لرجمها بوحشية يصعب وصفها. حتى الموت. ويظهر الشريط الأول عمليات رجم "جماعية" يصعب على الإنسان الطبيعي تحمّل قسوتها.



وإذ ننشر هذا الشريط، فلا بد من بعض الملاحظات:

أولاً، أن 99 بالمئة من المسلمين لا يُمارسون هذه العادة البربرية التي لا يرد لها ذكر في القرآن الكريم. فلا تمارسها أكبر أمة مسلمة، وهي أندونيسيا، ولا تمارسها باكستان، وبنغلادش، ومصر، أو المغرب، أو الجزائر، أو السودان، أو سوريا، أو الكويت، إلخ... فالإسلام جاء "رحمة للعالمين".



ثانياً، أن دولتين فقط تمارسان "الرجم" علناً وهما إيران والسعودية. وربما تمارسها دولة الإمارات حسب ما يقول البعض، ولكنها تمنع الصحافة من الحديث عنها. وأما في باكستان، أي تحديداً في الشريط الحدودي الذي يتمتع بحكم ذاتي بين باكستان وأفغانستان، فقد سعت الأحزاب الإسلامية لتطبيق حدّ الرجم. ولكن جمعيات حقوق الإنسان أرغمتها على التراجع.



ثالثاً، وللتذكير، كان "العفيف الأخضر" قد طالب في برنامج "أكثر من رأي" في قناة "الجزيرة"، في العام 2001، بتدخّل دولي لإيقاف حدّ الرجم في إيران. فأمر نائب وزير الدفاع السعودي، الأمير خالد بن سلطان، بإيقاف "العفيف الأخضر" عن الكتابة في جريدة "الحياة" محتجّاً بأن السعودية أيضاً معنية (مع أن "العفيف الأخضر" لم يذكر السعودية) لأنها هي أيضاً تَرجُم.



أخيراً، وهذا هو الأهم، فممارسة الرجم هي ممارسة خارجة على شرعة حقوق الإنسان الدولية. أي أنها ممارسة إجرامية في نظر القانون الدولي الذي اعتمدته الحضارة الإنسانية التي ننتمي إليها جميعاً، عرباً وغير عرب، وقد آن الأوان لكي يفرض المجتمع الدولي على هاتين الدولتين الوحيدتين في العالم، وهما إيران والسعودية، أن تضعا حدّاً لهذه الممارسة البربرية والمعادية للمرأة بصورة سافرة. إلا إذا قرّرت الدولتان أن تضعا حدّاً لها من تلقاء أنفسهما: وللتذكير، فإيران والسعودية هما بين الدول التي وقّعت على معاهدات حظر العبودية (وقّعتها السعودية في العام 1965، في عهد الملك فيصل) مع أن الإسلام لم يحرّم العبودية بصورة قاطعة بل كافحها وشجّع دائماً على إعتاق العبيد.

لماذا يرجمون المرأة



إيذاء المرأة في النفسية البشرية هو حقيقة أساسية من حقائق علم النفس الحديث.

لأن الطفل الذي لم تكن له علاقة حسنة مع "الثدي" في العصور القديمة، كان يتمثّل الأم كـ"أم مفترسة"، وأسقط هذه "الأم المفترسة" على كل النساء. وهكذا، فإنه أعدّ للمرأة أشنع العقنوبات، وخاصةً جريمة "الرَجم".



مثلاً، عقوبة المرآة الزانية في مدوّنة حمورابي (18 قرناً قبل الميلاد): تُغرَق حيّة في الماء. وهذا ما طبّقه "أنصار السنّة" في كردستان عندما أغرقوا فتاةً اتّهمها أخوها بالزنى.



وأما عند الهندوس، فالمرأة تُرمى لكِلاب يتمّ تجويعها ثلاثة أيام لنهشها.



وأما "سِفر التثنية" في التوراة، فإنه يقول عن المرأة الزانية، لا عن الرجل، أنها تؤخذ خارج المدينة وتُرجَم بالحجارة حتى الموت.



اليهود توقّفوا عن الرجم منذ هدم الهيكل الثاني، سنة 57 ميلادية. ونابوليون بونابرت، عندما دمج اليهود بالأمّة الفرنسية، فإنه اشترط عليهم حَذفَ "الرجم" من "سِفر التثنية"، فحذفوه.



أما في الإسلام، فلا وجود لحدّ الرجم. ومع ذلك، فإن بعض المسلمين ما يزالون يرجمون المرأة إلى الآن. لماذا؟ أولاً، لأنهم كجميع الناس تمثّلوا المرأة كـ"أم مفترسة" لا تجعل إبنها يشبع من "الثدي" حتى النهاية. وثانياً، لأن المسلمين تمثّلوا "عائشة" كأم مفترسة ثانية. لماذا؟ أم المؤمنين عائشة كانت تدور على الثائرين المحاصرين لبيت عثمان وتقول للثائرين" إقتلوا نعثلاً فقد كَفَر" ("نعثل" تعني الضبع). ولما بويع "علي" بالخلافة، فإن عائشة رفضت بيعته قائلة: "تنطبق هذه على هذه"، وأشارت إلى السماء والأرض، "ولا يكون علي خليفةً". ثم قادت الثائرين على "علي" في "حرب الجَمَل" التي سقط فيها 1500 قتيل.



موقف عائشة التي قاتلت "الأب"، أي "عثمان"، وقاتلت "الأب" الثاني، أي "علي"، شكّل صدمةً للوعي الإسلامي. وعن هذا نشأ عِلمُ التوحيد في الإسلام ليجيب على السؤال التالي: "أم المؤمنين عائشة تُقاتِلُ أمير المؤمنين عليّاً، فأيّهما في الجنّة وأيُهما في النار"؟ وهكذا انقسمت فَرَقُ الإسلام بين من يُكفّر عليّاً ومن يُكفّر "عائشة"..



والدليل على ذلك أن تزوير الأحاديث النبوية ضد المرأة لدى السنّة والشيعة معاً سببه "عائشة".



حتى أن الشيعة الإثني عشرية تقول أن "الإمام الغائب" عندما يعود ليحكم العالم ألف عام ويملأ الدنيا عدلاً كما امتلأت جوراً، فإن أول عملٍ يقوم به هو إخراج "عائشة" من قبرها وإقامة حدّ الرجم عليها.



والدليل على أن المقصود بالرجم هو المرأة فقط حتى في الممارسة الإسلامية هو التالي: وهو أن المرأة قبل قتلها تُحفَر حفرة عميقة لها، وتُدفَن فيها مع شعرها ويديها، لكي لا تُفلِتَ منها أثناء الرجم. بينما الرجل تُحفَر له حفرة، ولكن يديه تبقيان خارج الحفرة لكي يعتمد عليهما ويفرّ، وإذا فرّّ يتوقّف الرجمُ ضدّه.

Isn't it interesting that the United States hasn't been all over Iran like they have been with China for Human Rights Violations. Dude, I don't think you know how painful it is to fry in the chair. Why do you think they get hoods and mouth guards? So we can't see them try to chew their faces off why their get a shitload of current running through their bodies.

perhaps the electric chair in inhumane & graphically so in a few infamous cases when not setup properly but least in theory & usually in practice it should render someone unconscious in a fraction of a second. how can u compare that to the unpleasantness or gettin whipped then stoned to death in public. they even mandate that the size of stone not be large enough to kill with afew blows?

Being Electrocuted is a lot more Humane than Blunt-Object Trauma. A lot less suffering is involved in Electrocution. They make sure it's as "efficient" as possible. I wouldn't classify the Chair as a Human Rights Violation. Whereas being killed like a Caveman hunted the Wooly Mammoth should be.

5 amperes of current at 2000 volts going through your brain... its pretty much like a shot in the head! sure, there has been times where they don't set up the shit right, but that's a totally different story.

Being stoned is by far more terrifying/painful. first of all, you'll be tied and get whiped 350 times by 7 people. then they take you (with all the pain on your shoulders) and burry you in the ground with your eyes open. then you have these fucking scums pick up rocks and throw them at your face, and you cant block any of them.

There is no chance of you going unconcious really. There is a rule on how big the rocks oughta be. they make them small enough so they wouldn't let you off easy. Unless the people are good shots.

But yeah. its waaaaaaaaay worse!

Wtf?!?! Are you stupid? The death penalty is a human rights violation. It freakin' says so in the UN declaration of Human Rights, which is why there are a minority of nations in the world that still practice it. Every country that was willing to ratify the declaration has completely abolished it.

I'm not the world's biggest fan of capital punishment, but the people that get the chair in Texas tend to have done something along the lines of "murder a family", as opposed to "sleep with someone older than you, and be female".

I think all forms of capial punishment are barbaric.

I was trying to point out that while you guys gasp and call this culture barbaric and savage for still stoning ppl to death as a punishment, countries like the US fry people in the chair. If they were trying to be less barbaric, they'd give everyone the lethal injection.

I'm not sure what that woman was accused of doing. I think death by stoning is applicable to more than one crime, but don't quote me on that one.
