Losing weight....
Well........ found out what can help me to lose weight..... its called dancing and having a good time. There are a few things that plague me with weight. 1. I have high blood pressure, 2. have a minor thyroid problem (runs in the family) and I think I might be a slight diabetic.... Anyways my metabolism wasn't the way it used to be and I would gain wait for nothing. Whether if I eat less food it really didn't make a difference.. When I do lose weight its in the extreme's and it happens so fast its unbelievable... I'm not shitting anyone when I say this but thanks to summer break I lost 8 pounds.... Both with the adrenaline and what not absolutely burned it. I drank easily 2 litres of water and most of it must of just burned off. And this is all on no E or anything.... Just tried putting on a pair of jeans I have.... gotta find a belt now cause these things are going to fall right off.... lol

I've been trying EVERYTHING.... I take long walks all the time.... Even tried to starve myself and really nothing.... I bought a 600 dollar mountain bike hoping that it would do anything if I drove it around.... not a thing....... I noticed the trend after imf the only previous party I went to prior to that was apex 04 and hypnotica.... but there was a long time span between both of those and imf and the recent events I've been hitting up.

I exercise and I'm still chubby!! Not for long though!
The only real way to lose weight is to balance a healthy diet with exercise. You can't do just one of them. Congrats on the weight loss but you have to maintain healthy habits or it'll just come right back!!! |

im currently back on track to loosing weight\gaining strength and toning up the proper way. a couple of years back i lost a bad amount of weight due to sickness and then gained alot of it back. that tied in with me no longer participating in sports led to a very lazy meghan. im doin my best to have a better eating schedual as i dont eat alot of shitty food i just eat at the wrong times. drink tonnes of water. 2 liters a day is a great amount. i find if i stick to that for a week i automatically loose 2 pounds. plus its killer for the skin. make sure to put back some natural protein as well - not only will you have energy fro the dancing\partying\biking or whatever, but it will help with the balancing of your blood sugars. (i have a tendency to be hypoglacemic, it can be hell) congrats! loosing weight automatically makes yah feel better and i find it helps\encourages me to continue to loose more! its great when you finally learn what works for your body. |
