whos the camera guy?

who is that guy who always has a video camera at the parties? he looks like he might be in his thirtys and i see him all the time. he was at summer break and i seen him near the front of the hip hop stage most of the night. im just curious to know if people ever get to the what he films or if he just keeps it? cuz i havent heard of anyone seeing his tapes.
