i am all about le creuset's enamaled cast iron. i inherited an oval oven from the lover's granny and even though it must be over 50 years old it still looks and works great. i am hoping to one day replace my steel pots with le creuset and i think today i am going to replace my medium sized teflon skillet with a le creuset one.

as 50 cent would say, so seductive (l)

i mostly use teflon, since that's what i have at home. i used to be a cook and then i used mostly stainless steel, because it lasts a long time and takes a beating. never really used cast iron before.
