My lease on my Civic is up this year....
And well since I worked at Honda, and my mom still does, I will most likely buy another Honda. I like the look of the new Civic on the outside, but I am leary of the interior, I am not a fan of the computerized console. It reminds me of those vans that came out a few years ago, ugh, what were they.....oh well. Rhia is probably right though, they are showing the luxury model in most cases, or the Hybrid, which is $10,000 more than the LX or the DX. The interest rate is what will sell me between the 2005 and the 2006. |

Honda.ca says they should be here Oct 4.
Lots of nice vehicles around. I've driven 3 Toyotas now, rented a Camry on the weekend, excellent car, room in the trunk for 2 big DJ speakers. But another dealer has this mint low-mileage 1995 BMW 740 for 20K, same price as a new Civic... |

Yeah, my lease is up in november, so it works out almost perfect.
I have driven the Camry and the Corolla, but I hate the interiors and consoles of them. Although I like how big the car feels when you drive it. It is so much higher than the Civic. I wanted to get a BMW, but my mom won't let me (as lame as that sounds). She has all the hook ups for getting my car fixed if it is a Honda, so it is kind of an unjustifiable expense to go with any other type of car. And since they are such a reliable, fuel efficient, and great car to drive, I can't see myself swaying from Honda anytime soon, unless of course, I went into an Acura. |

They have the new Civics at the dealers now, only the sedan and coupe, and the SI coupe and hybrid coupe will be another month or more.
The cars I saw looked a little dull, they had this grey fabric upholstery and paint, didn't have any different colours in stock yet. Interesting body and packaging of the engine. Part of the engine actually sits under the windshield. The hood is very short. They have a natural gas powered Civic you can get in some places but I dunno about Canada. You can get that one with a fueling device (designed in Canada) that lets you hook up to your house natural gas supply. I bought a 1992 Honda Accord EXR last week, with lots of options, high mileage but runs great and in excellent condition. Cost about 1/10 of a new Civic. I sense a speeding ticket in my future. |
