I love Alienware's graphics and cases, it's just a shame their laptops suck so bad. :( Seriously... total waste of money. The office I work at bought 36 of them, and 24 are broken.

Going by specs alone, you'll have a hard time finding a better gaming laptop.

Build quality wise, their quality control department is nonexistant.

There are lots of well-built laptops out there. Alienware doesn't make those.
