A dress code? Like "You aren't allowed to only wear half an outfit-You must get 'all the way' dressed"? So no wearing dishtowels?

I have no problem with dishtowels...I mean, every time I was busting it out and I was hella sweaty, I just e-hugged the nearest dish-towel wearing raver and let my sweat saturate into their handy dandy cloth =)

I think raves should strictly enforce a "cool people only" law.

theme are fun but i dont think it'll help the skankiness. i mean, take dooms for example, "sexy" cat/angel/devil/cop/etc

i think these girls will find somewhere to be skanky, houseparty or otherwise without banning them from raves. i didnt think it was so bad that some new rule had to be enforced. Sure some parties should totally have an age limit but not all. We were all that young once and im sure we would have disliked know it all older ravers tryin to make decisions for everyone. But i do think that how the real youngins doin all the drugs definatley not a pleasent thought but if they want to they will be doin drugs anyways depite the ravey rave they will find a way.

apri_peel has a little shameless behaviour in the past
this might have been mentioned in the last 11 pages of this thread, i didnt read the whole thing, but, european festivals/raves are 16+. if vancouver parties are trying to be so much like sensation and trance energy, then perhaps they should follow the suit too

honestly. i think raves should be 21+
(even tho the rave scene is like, 90% teenagers)

I read somewhere that the human mind doesnt finish developing until a persons early-mid twenties.

This is problematic since the party scene forces teenagers to make very adult decisions before they have the education, experience and brains to make sound choices.
The result of this is many young people making dangerous mistakes that could potentially haunt them for years to a lifetime.

i dunno... a few years of SUPER AWSOME FUN PARTYING just doenst seem worth a lifetime of psychiatric therapy and a dead end job because the purple hearts stole your soul, and any ambition you mightve had before.

Yeah.. they should make it a 16+ party.. cause if it's all ages.. kids ranging from 10 - 15 will probably show up.. and that's not good!!

her email is bubble_tea84 (from her profile page). ten seconds of thought would give you the wild guess that she was probably born in 1984. that would most likely make her 22.
