Help with Nero

Nero will only burn CDs that are 79 minutes or less. Does anyone know how to make Nero burn CDs that are a full 80 minutes?

I've heard of overburning which will let you burn CDs that are over 80 minutes, but it can damage your burner and I don't really have any interest this. I just want to be able to burn exactly 80 minute CDs.

Help would be much appreciated.

ummmmm
over burning cood fuck the cd up not ur burner
and ive never had a problem burning full 80min cd's
and even a little over. . ..
