Who remembers Station Street?

I feel kinda old now that I realize how long ago it's been, but does anybody remember the old after party spot called Station Street? Back in '98/'99 every sunday morning after that week's saturday massive, everybody used to go to the Station Street after party to bust it for a couple more hours to some of Vancouvers leaders in the Speed Garage scene. Held in a tight space down by the Greyhound station, bass would be pounding out till noonish as the very much still awake party goers would gather to wind down from the insane escapades of the previous evening.Those were some of my most memorable experiences as a full fledge party kid back in the day!!! I was wondering how many are still around that remembers that place??

Well, now we're bringing it back for a night!!

Wind down? Generally people did more drungs and got even more fucked up at station street than most raves. I've been on countles amounts of every drug there, I even had an agreement with security so I would not be hassled/busted/kicked out. I've thought of trying to use that venue again but it's a really shitty neighbourhood and it would most likely get busted. That's why it was mainly used for after parties, and only a few all-nighters.

I miss the days of a pre-meet, then the party, then the after-party, then the after-after party (aka going home with some slut/group of sluts and making sloppy, e-tarded raver luv). Ahh the good old days....

me and my ex-'SHAKESPEAR"-paul use to go all the time back in tha day....aww the good old days when i was so young, skinny and youthful hahahahah!!!! clarence and the boys were always running the show with krusty....hehehe i saw him last year on the bus...he is still going hard:)

Wait a minute, Tiffany and Shakespear? Did you guys do concesion for me at one of my parties? May have been at the F.O.E in new west. Thats where the original Kick It! was gonna be, but they wouldn't rent to me and dave at the last minute. We have been trying to get back in there for a while now. Some serious good times back then, go Captain Theo!!!!

well we arnt using the same venue.
we are doing a tribute to those dayz. it will obviously be a bit different and not so sketchy cuz things have changed.
It is being planned for December 16th! the last day of school for all you suckers in school! eh eh eh.

not only station street but the fact that back then there were always pre parties for the massives. So you get to check out the headliner not once but twice. of course followed by after parties at station. good times

Wow, yeah I remember Station Street- went there so many damn times, even when I wasn't at the rave the night before. It was always amusing.
Ah, the memories (some of em sketchy some of em not so much). Hahaha! I always laughed when someone walked right into the sliding glass door there, and it happened at least once every Sunday.
