screw you Filo..I play goalie! The goalie is his own player. His job is to stop the puck or make a play. IF THE GOALIE IS SMART, and can read the plays, he may well adapt to ANY team he plays on. The cummication factor is always in effect. Look at Auld...he played in the minors, comes up to the Canucks, and proves himself...did he need to adjust? In some ways yes, but he just had to do his job right. Hasek is his own player...the team had to adapt to his style of play and they had to adjust to him...he lucks to push the puck up ice as often as he can and continue the momentum. In the long run, all of the team players and their goalie come to understand each other and their plays. Training camp, no training camp...pre-season, no pre-season...a goalie just has to stop the fucking puck, that is his job because we assume he has already adjusted to the NHL as a whole.
