k, i cant believe it's come down to this.

but, i need a roommate to move in with in the downtown area for around january/febuary/march.

i would be willing to pay max. 700$ in rent. preferably less if possible.

i dont want to move in with some raver assbag, whos going to keep me up all night listening to shitty breaks. im a responsible, civil, clean adult who works full-time (50+ hours a week), im looking for someone who is the same. i party and drink ect, but i wont go buckwild at home. i can cook (im a chef), im extremely clean, social and easy to get along with.
