ouch, someone got a little too trigger happy on ebay and bid on it without reading the description.
people who put ads like that on ebay are assholes, seriously, thats a bitch thing to do. i dont know how ebay works, but i would just refuse to pay him and get bad feedback, but im not sure what would happen after that. |

personal responsibility dies again.
it's not a scam. he's a fucking idiot. anyone read the description? he's not even being shady about it. "this is not a system, all you are getting is a BOX" at that point, the buyer is a fucking stupid piece of shit. greed fuels stupidity. besides, it's ebay, it's not like you see the listing and go 'OMG I MUST BID NOW, OR IT'S GONE. EVEN THOUGH BIDDING ENDS IN 2 DAYS. MUST BID NOW. NOW NOWNOWNOWNOWNOWNOWNOWNOWWNOWNWNOW" |

well it is sort of a scam as the listing for the cardboard box is in "video game systems." Yea people should read the listings, but the scammers neverinclude the actual product in the title and only have a couple lines about it in the description.
There was people listing things like pictures of XBox 360s, e-mail addresses and domain names - but all in the wrong section designed to have overzealous buyers purchase their ridiculous items thinking they would get a real xbox 360. There was actually some guy bidding on all these items in an attempt to keep these scammers from profiting on people's stupidity. Same thing happened 5 years ago with the PS2 shortage. |

he made it clear though, he is selling his concept of what he thought the box would look like. its the people's fault for bidding on it. you should always read the auction from top to bottom before bidding. and then read it over again because while being excited you may miss a few details.
