Ill dig up the address. But she told me they got lots of stuff. So you might wanna check it out, for some interesting gear. |

hm, are you stretching from a normal sized piercing (16ga) to 4 or 6 right away. cause that's not a very good idea. stretching your ears shouldn't hurt, and if you stretch from 16 to 4/6 you're either going to damage the tissue in your ear, get a blowout, and it's going to burn and be bright red for 3 days. it's just not good for your ear. stretch slowly.
i have 0ga lobes, and i stretched mine over the past year to get to that size. they are very healthy lobes, and there's little scartissue that faster methods of stretching would bring. if it's a fresh stretch, i don't recommened anything arylic...it pourus and holds bacteria and might lead to infection. anything with o-rings can be a hassle because the rings being plastic tend to get smelly even if you do clean them regularily. organics (woods, bone, stones) aren't good for healing and might actually bond to your ear....that leaves pretty much, surgical steel or nibonium single/double flare plugs or screw end tunnels. both are great for healing and the material doesn't attract bacteria. i'm guessing you knew most of that already but, i like to type so there it is. places to go...NEXT, anatomic, and adreneline - are all very good. and i'm pretty sure if you buy the jewlery they only charge you a $10 "insertion fee" haha. |

my first piercings ever were an 8 or 6 gauge which is pretty thick for a first piercing. I'm only stretching it to whats physicaly possible likely a 2 or 4. I want to get stone plugs not tunnels... I think adreneline has a good thing going on.. thats where I'll get my shit done for sure. |

heh, i'm just starting to SHRINK my lobes.
i was at a 0 gauge for awhile and am getting sick of not being able to wear any of my own jewelry that i design! anyone know if places will buy used jewelry? or if i could pay someone to use their autoclave to sterilize my plugs so i could try and sell them? (sorry for the threadjack) |

I chose Next because they've been around for years and I trusted that...If there was a problem they would have been shut down years ago. Oh, and fable, does Anatomic have a new location? |
