Raver Fluff

People need to get over the age/skank concept and bring back the PLUR!

To many people are too upset by young girls dressing like hoe's.
They're not that important, they're just fringe scenery that most people laugh at
People just need to start having fun themselves and they will begin to ignore
the little raver girls.

Don't you think its more of a DRESS CODE rather than the age though.

Its not just the 14/15 year olds dressed like sluts u know.

Raising the age wouldn't completely get rid of the hoochie/slut dress factor. A dress code on the other hand hmm

Whatever, they are gunna go it regardless!
All we can really do is maybe try to let them know whats going on and try to educate them before they make a mistake that some of us have already made! If we are so much older, wiser, or 'eliete' then they are, we should probably be able to pass down some advice?

I surpased over 100 parties quite a while ago, and its the same thing everytime, every location!
Rather then laughing at the kid fucked up in the corner, maybe give him some water and try telling him to eat before he does drugs!!!! I dunno, maybe that could help things. Passing along knowledge and stuff!

But really, if younger kids want to do something, regardless if we say they shouldnt or even if we impose rules against it, they will still do it!
Why do you think some of us did what we did when we were their age?
I can think of more then a dozen times at least, where if someone had just told me something that it might have saved me from a bad night or something along thoes lines!
Yet, sometimes you just gotta let kids make their own mistakes!

this is true, but keep in mind that those who have been around the drug culture for a while have seen how it really can fuck someone over. if you learn from others' mistakes you don't have to go through them yourself.

sadly, this isn't always the case. humans, in general, are stupid.

yeah. the solution is to stop going to raves populated by 15 year olds.

for those busting over the legal limit let me introduce you to this neat party that lets you have a night's sleep afterwards (if you want), probably can lead to an afterparty and will get you more in touch with a scene not so populated with children.

it's called a 'club'

honeslty raves are far better than the bar.. i think if someone wants to party/rave let them party, if they aint doin nothing wrong then wats the problem??
all tho i dont think 12 - 15 yr old should not b doin these types of things (gettin fawked on E or watever else) but u know.. u live and learn....
i party sober an never had so much fun hehehe.. rite now i hammered and had to go thro this paraagraph a few times fixin mistakes but hey i am 21 i can do wat i want i kno better hahaha,

but i do postivly think that there should be a 16 + age limit at raves... seeing anyone younger is just depressing :)

I'm still missing what raves have that bars don't, aside from no alcohol served and no 19+ limit, neither of which really seems attractive to me.

clubs have everything that a rave does: the music, the people, the drugs, the dancing. on a saturday night most dance clubs in this city go till 4am, average rave kicks out at 6am these days (if it doesn't get busted first).

People claim that raves don't encourage the meatmarket atmosphere whereas bars do. bullshit. i've hooked up more times at a rave than I ever have at a bar, so nix that idea.

People claim that there's too much alcohol at the bar and seem to think that alcohol is nonexistant at raves. bullshit. i was drinking for damn near 6 years at raves before I started doing drugs. I can always find alcohol at a rave.

For people who think that think raves are some mystical experience in which you touch the people around you on a level you really can't do anywhere else, i offer these words:

it's just a party
get over yourself
you were just really high
