This is true.
People should have the liberty to wear whatever they want. I mean I don't encourage young girls dressing provocatively but it's more or less their decision and it's ultimately not my place/anyone else's place to dicate what they should or shouldn't wear.
I started raving late 14/early 15, I never felt the desire to completely whore it up but this obviously isn't the case for everyone.
However, I did dabble into the drugs - somehow always in moderation until I stopped raving and then I went through a bit of a problem phase but I really believe it comes down to the individual and their morals.
I'm sure the rave scene can encourage a certain kind of behaviour but I really am thankful for the lessons that I learned through it.
Putting an age restriction or a dress code isn't going to solve the problem - people always find a way around things, I think promoting education is the key here.
I remember there was that site, I can't recall the name but it had pictures from various parties and it was exceptionally informative.
It had loads of information on different substances and what not to mix and I think that really helped me and my friends back in the day.
Assuming these people have already made the decision to go ahead and experiment, I think there should be more resources promoting their safety and health.
