gawd i wish i was sober for nye.. had a mad hangover the next day..

i always end up working on nye. sure when i worked in the bar i could always get as wrecked as i wanted to..but it always made the shift go by horribly slow. and we always got stuck doing inventory untill 5am. This year I had to work untill 2 and didn't even feel like having a single drink. Since Ive turned 19 ive always worked...so i guess I don't know anything else. Plus...New years has always been a total let down. Id rather make the $$$.

Worked all night... although just after my shift ended at 5am, Cabin Services brought in a 1/2 empty bottle of Champagne which I promptly finished. heh heh I was the only one off duty therefore allowed to have it.

P.S. It snowed here for NYE.

I was drunk and getting a ride from a buddy and tried that once. But it went more like

Officer: "I smell beer in the vehicle, boys. Have you or your friend been drinking?"

Buddy: "No sir, I'm the DD"

Me: "Officer, I'm pregnant. Do you want my baby to get a yeast infection? I can't drink beer!"

My buddy got a 24 hour... crooked cops!
