Prog House and Breaks Nights

After wasting my time on clubvibes, I've decided to start this thread to find out what the best prog house and breaks nights in VanCity are.

I heard that Shine had a good prog nite, but I can't find anything about it on their site.

I know Sonar used to have a Breaks nite on Fri, but Sonar is gone...

Suggestions?

Oh, and I'm not really interested in mid-week nights.

redroom on sat nights..... always packed... good tunes... good prog.. and tech house also club anza has prog every sat night to (i thnk its club anza i might have the name spelt wrong)

Red Room for prog house.

Theres even a possibility they may throw in some breaks DJ's in the new second room some time in the future.
