I've been drinking water like mad lately, up to 2L a day. I dont know why, just started happening. It might not be that much, but concidering i NEVER used to drink water, THATS A LOT.
1st course) steak, potados, broc, juice and that tasty green fruit that is a vegitable
2nd course) more fruit like vegitable, carots and more greens, turkey, mashed potados
desert) apple pie and rubarb/strawberry crumble
