How can someone give bad karma for making a post in the shout-outs that says... " HELLO EVERYONE " please explain?

I though i was just being nice but i guess some people take saying hello as a bad thing...

what do you guys think?

Oi vey... personally, that doesn't seem like a bad karma worthy post, but I guess some people doing agree..
Also, I think some people's karma was going weird, like they would give good karma and it would show up as neutral or something.
