y'know, there's really no difference between the two. they're the same band pretty much. KMFDM has gone through enough cast changes that they're pretty much the same people. Sascha is central to both bands, Tim Skold was a member beforehand and Lucia Cifarelli has been in KMFDM since.

MDFMK was basically just another KMFDM album...
