Condo Insurance

My policy is up for renewal, I've been shopping around, just curious who others found to be the best priced to ensure I cover all ground.

Thanks in advance.

Not really I guess, basically who do you use for insurance?

I own, so I've been conditioned to say condo instead of apartment.

I'll have to check once I'm at home for the actual name of the company... Wawanesa I think? Either way I'm fully covered at a cost of $170 or so a year. I believe I have a discount due to the fact that I have an alarm system but not sure how much.

Still... pretty good price.

Call Thompson Insurance @ 604-683-3552 and speak to Robert.

Tell him Winston referred you and that you are about to renew and wanted options about coverage.

They represent 12 different companies and input your data into a system which in turn comes back with the rates for the same coverage for each company. Then you pick which poiicy you would like to buy.

Thompson Insurance isn't in it to sell you the cheapest policy but rather have you get the best coverage for your money.

When I renewed my policy with them I actually got more coverage for less money than the first place I insured with when I bought my loft.
