^Aww I know what you mean! I usually eat atleast 1-2 servings of yogurt (sp?) and who knows how much cheese I pile on top of EVERYTHING! Usually if i'm substituting I'll use soy cheese...but alas it is too processed :(

g!ggles is on a distinguished road
omg day 10 and I'm to the point where I'm totally turned off by food that I don't even want to eat anything anymore. Soooo bored from the list of things. And I was seriously having something different like everyday.

However I do feel alot lighter and healthier. 8 pounds lighter soo far :)

Good luck everyone starting it!

^wow, 8 pounds after only 10 days!? That rocks.

If you want you can pm me for recipes that perhaps you haven't tried yet, cause there's tons of stuff I already eat that's on the list, plus much more that's a cinch to substitute.

Ok, I can't seem to find any dates on these posts, so I'm not sure how long ago they were posted. I am starting Day 1 of the Wild Rose D-Tox tomorrow (Mon). Anyone want to "journey" and "share" with me? This is my first time doing this cleanse. I have done the Sambu 3 day one where days 1 and 5 are "clean eating" days, while days 2,3.4 are liquid only. I always feel great after this one, so I thought I'd try the Wild Rose one for a change of pace. I'd love to drop about 5 pounds, I've been eating a lot of crap lately with late night chip snacking being my downfall! I tried the Master Cleanse last year, but it was way too harsh for me. Salt water flushes?! Too hard unless you do nothing all day, no work, no fun, no nothing but sit on your toilet. Please reply if you've recently started a detox program; I'd love to dish!

I thought it was fairly doable. the first few days were a little tough but after day 3 or so it was all good. I had lots of energy and still ate great meals every night. lunch was a little tricky but I still managed. lots of salads as I recall. good luck

When I did this detox, I always made too much at dinner so I would have left-overs for lunch. I bought the cookbook, which I found quite helpful, and a few of the recipes are so good that I still make them occasionally. :D My fave being the curry cauliflower and potato.

sludgy - PM me if you want any of the recipes.

^Yeah, I eventually got the cookbook too and it's full of deliciousness!

You know what's cool about not being on a cleanse though? Being able to eat delicious cupcakes! *hint hint*

Thanks, everyone. I'm hoping to complete the whole 12-day program, but even 7 days would satisfy me.
