Oh man...... Wild Rose is deadly (in a good way of course)! If you can last the full 12 days, then you've got enormous will power. I only lasted 6 days, as I was starting for feel a little bit sick. It's a great cleanse, which we definitely need once in awhile.
The hardest thing I found was not being able to eat bread. I love my bread! I found rice cakes made a suitable replacement (albeit far less satisfying). Good luck, and let us know how it goes! I'll be pigging out on my Easter dinner thinking about ya! :) |

ok i must admit that the first 3 days were a breeze. Lots of good food and lots of water and lots of excitement. But now.. im on day 4 and my body has taken a dramatic change with a big fuck you. But I'm still holding out and staying strong.Only 8 more days and I've accomplished something that I never thought that I could. :)
Senior how is it going for you? :) |

i find the last couple of days the hardest, i'm long over due for a detox
my friends and i all do the wild rose detox, i love it. it's fairly reasonable with it's limitations, i could never do one of those liquid only detoxes screw that. the majority of my diet already consists of those thigns on the menu so it's not too bad, the hardest part is probably not having miso for that long...i drink/eat miso everyday. good luck :) |

So, I am going to start this tomorrow.. kinda nervous about the whole big diet change, but also very excited. :)
Do you have any suggestions for recipes that I can try out??? I'm almost considering buying the cookcook but I wouldn't know where to pick it up (as they didn't have it at the place I got my kit). |

^I'm guessing that you can just live off an unlimited supply of fruits and veggies! Think soups, salads, grilled veggies, lettuce wraps, smoothies (made with 100% pure fruit juice only, none of that sugary junk) the possibilities are ENDLESS. This is a good chance for you to try new stuff you've seen at the grocery store, but have never been daring enough to attempt eating/cooking. Don't forget about the super deliciousness and crunchiness of nuts too! I find they're really helpful when trying to avoid eating bread products.
Happy cleansing! I start one tomorrow aswell, so goodluck to the both of us! |

Thanks sweetie. Yeah, I have a few ideas of stuff to make but I am sure that I might get sick of the same kinda stuff after the first week.
Oooo.. nice. Good luck indeed! :) I think my biggest issue will be the no dairy products. I loooooove cheese. :p I ate vegetarian lasagna last night and made sure I savoured every last bite. |
