i started watching wrestling in grade 4, which was long after andre threw the match to hulk, so it was general knowledge that WWF was fake by that point.

my favourite was always The Ultimate Warrior. Powerslam action, baby!

It's not fake people its physical stunts... they actualy endure some pain to bring you entertainment. Of course its all pre-determined, but that shit takes some skill.

I found out when i was prob 7 but still watched it for fun because in the 80's and early 90's the WWF was awesome.

No drama *example* no undertaker waiting under the ring with a sledge hammer.

*announcer going crazy OH MY GOD the undertaker has a sledge hammer*

plus all the 80's wrestlers had gimmicks. Good one like jake the snake and haha hacksaw jim dugan *and his down syndrome face*

Normally, only the outcome and, sometimes, the circumstances of the outcome are the only things scripted. But when the wrestlers go out into the ring and match up, a great deal of it is improv, with a few things discussed between the competitors before a match on how they may want to work some of the bigger stunts.
