a few weeks ago i was sitting on my friends couch discussing the price of cigarettes and deciding right then to stop smoking, and just doing it.
no pill, no patch, no gum. just stop. and now, it's however many days later, and i'm still not smoking. it's not that hard, not at all really. |

Explaining something to a customer over 5 times and being interupted each time trying to explain it, and when I finally ask her if she would let me do my job and shut up, and finally getting enough silent time to speak, she comes back at me saying "Oh, my bad. Good bye" Oh idiots. :) I love being right.

yeah you know it's not as hard as put on by some.
if you don't think about it, you won't do it. i remember the first few days i kept myself SO busy that i found myself turning to my two best friends, who actually inspired the quit in the beginning, and said "WOW! i haven't had a smoke in ___ day(s)!" it was fairly simple if you don't think about not smoking you won't think about the fact that you "can't" smoke any more. just stop thinking about smoking and cigarettes on any level period. |

I woke up early as well and had breakfast. walked around kits until it got too cold. wandered into banyan books. wandered the BMW lot and looked at the new one series. drove around spanish panks and ubc and got a few photos. I did get sick from the noodle place on denman though... |

urban tan on davie and richards. its more expensive than any other places ive been but the beds are awesome and ive never had to wait for a bed. not to mention the place is spotless and you can take advantage of using half points if you tan in the first hour that they open.
