Well...I wouldn't recommend pranking someone you don't know but try this out with friends:

Just enter their number, the caller ID number and name you want the phonecall to display, type the text that you want the program to say when the other person picks up, and the tone of voice you want to use. Try it out on your own phone number as a test.

The program will dial the person's phone number and say whatever you've typed in the text box in the tone of voice selected.

I tried it on several friends. Fun stuff.
