They arnt both completely photoshoped. They are mostly trick photography. Done before Photoshop was so popular. Im sure they have been touched up over the years to be a little more realistic.

But no, they are not real photos. You can search the net for fake photos. And there are some sites dedicated to finding unreal photos, like these ones, on the internet and they find out if they are real or fake.

ahh yes i see it now.. on the 2nd one u can see his finger bends at his first knuckle.. hes really making a fist ;)
